Saturday, 11 October

7.10am Flights departs Auckland - Auckland Airport
12.10pm Flights arrive Cairns - bus transfers to Sherato Mirage - Cairns Airport
Afternoon Free Time
6.00pm All meet in hotel foyer for coaches - Sheraton Mirage
6.30pm 'Stars Night' A night with our stars under the stars - Secret Location
7.00pm Awards and dinner - Secret Location
10.00pm First buses back to hotel until 12.30am


Sunday, 12 October

9.45am Coke Business Session, wear your lanyards and comfortable clothes - Ballroom
11.00am Team activity and BBQ on the beach - Beach
1.00pm Activity concludes - Beach
1.30pm Pay and collect activity info for tomorrow - Hotel Foyer Sheraton Mirage
2 - 4pm Free time
4.30pm Meet for transfers to evening event, Wear your Miller Chill Tee - Sheraton Mirage 5.00pm It's Miller Time!!! - A place you can chill in the sunshine
10.30pm First bus departs to hotel - will continue until 1am


Monday, 13 October

6.30 - 10am Breakfast served - Sheraton Mirage
Free day - optional activities
4.30pm Start arriving for drinks around the pool - Poolside, Sheraton Mirage
Please leave any expensive personal items in your room.
6.30pm Only Coke can do this - Poolside Party
Make sure you are there to see a very Special Guest
10.30pm Party concludes, move to nightclub for after party - Hotel Ballroom


Tuesday, 14 October

Check out
Please check your itinerary for return flight time and refer to bus transfer times.
3am Breakfast available for those on early flight before boarding the bus - Hotel reception area
Depart hotel for Cairns Airport - Meet in hotel lobby to board coaches.
5.35pm Arrive Auckland - Auckland Airport
